Tronix is looking for a Senior Generative AI Scientist / Engineer to join our growing AI & Data Excellence team. You will design and implement advanced GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and diffusion models, turning cutting-edge research into practical systems like intelligent assistants, RAG pipelines, and creative content generation tools for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and NLP solutions using large-scale transformer models and modern LLMs
- Work across the full ML lifecycle: data analysis, experimentation, modeling, evaluation, and production deployment
- Develop intelligent assistants, RAG systems, and other GenAI-powered applications for real business use cases
- Apply and refine advanced deep learning techniques for text and image generation (e.g., diffusion and related models)
- Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud services for experiments and production systems
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-tested code using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Present results directly to stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and gather requirements
- Mentor and lead small teams of data scientists and engineers on AI projects
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and NLP, including large transformer-based models and LLMs
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT-style models, BERT-family, diffusion models) and their fine-tuning for specific tasks
- Solid understanding of modern ML/DL concepts, including model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Understanding of MLOps / productionization of ML systems and the AI project lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including explaining complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- English at upper-intermediate level or higher
