Job description
Tronix is looking for a Senior AI Architect / Agentic AI Consultant to help design and deliver next-generation agentic AI systems for our clients. You will work hands-on with LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and modern cloud platforms, turning AI investments into real, measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect agentic AI solutions using LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning, tools/functions) and multi-agent frameworks
- Lead client engagements, from discovery workshops to delivery, bringing clarity and structure to complex AI initiatives
- Define orchestration patterns, workflows, and system architectures for production-ready AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Advise clients and internal teams on AI readiness, maturity, and adoption roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to turn concepts into robust, scalable implementations
- Contribute to enablement programs, internal best practices, and reusable patterns for agentic AI systems
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning vision, value, and execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AI Architect, Senior AI/ML Consultant, or similar senior role
- Strong hands-on expertise with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, tool/function calling) and multi-agent systems (planning, coordination, memory, tool routing)
- Solid understanding of LLM Ops / MLOps and deploying AI solutions in production on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience leading client-facing workshops, discovery sessions, or advisory engagements
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable AI architectures and delivery plans
- Familiarity with pre-sales activities and solution advisory is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and comfort working in ambiguous environments
