Solutions:

Embedded Insurance API (MVP → Scale): Tronix modeled core domains (quote, bind, policy, claims) and delivered an API service that ingests and serves a dynamically generated OpenAPI spec, enabling partners to add products and operations without redeploys.
Rules & Orchestration Layer: Implemented pricing/underwriting rules, idempotent workflows, and retry-safe webhooks. Added multi-tenant routing, OAuth2/JWT auth, rate limiting, and fine-grained permissions to support diverse B2B integrations.
Data Platform for BI: Built ELT pipelines from the API and partner events into a warehouse; created a semantic layer (sales, revenue, funnel) to power daily, trustworthy metrics and drill-downs.
Experimentation & Decisioning: Delivered custom BI dashboards with A/B testing for insurance products (pricing, eligibility, bundles), including cohort analysis and lift/impact readouts for business users.
Reliability, Security & Delivery: Set up IaC + CI/CD, feature flags, and canary releases; added observability (tracing, SLOs) and compliant PII handling (encryption, access auditing) to keep the 2+ person team shipping safely since June 2022.
